London, 1p., 4to., Craven Street [London], June 21, 1816. To Thomas Aspinwall: "The Seaman belonging to the Susan have repeatedly
applied to me
representing themselves to be in a destitute and distressed condition.
It
appears to me that while their wages are denied them, they must
be provided
for, as well as the Seamen if the Baltimore and I beg leave to recommend
them to your official assistance."
