Dear Donna Jean:
I was delighted to get your letter and to learn that you and your
family include me in your prayers.
If I had time, I would like to write you a longer letter, but
these days I am fully taken up with my military duties.
My best wishes to you and your little brother.
Sincerely,
Dwight D. Eisenhower
Eisenhower was indeed busy with his military duties but was known to
personally answer any letter that touched him. Comes with the
original transmittal envelope censored by Eisenhower's Aide De Camp
Lieutenant Colonel Ernest R. Lee. Normal letter folds and
wear, overall in very good condition.
This piece is being offered unframed.
