Partly-printed D.S. "T. Roosevelt" as Governor of New York, 1p. oblong folio, Albany, January 22, 1900, a military award to "Musician Louis Elsaesser, 65th Regt." for his ten years' service. 
Near fine condition, with gold-embossed seal at top.
Beautifully engraved by Tiffany and Co.

Conservation matted and framed.
