Claussenius as Consul to Schwarzburg Rudolstadt at Chicago. Co-signed by William H. Seward as Secretary of State.  Conservation framed in a gilt frame with a portrait engraving of Johnson. Usual folds, light tear at upper portion of engrossment, otherwise very good condition.
