The photo image is approximately 12 1/2" x 8 1/2" and is signed on the mount "Kindest Regards to Mr. & Mrs. Chester W. Cleveland Harry Truman".  The photo is by Chase-Statler and the image is in overall very fine condition. The mount has a few minor flaws, a small glue stain in the bottom left hand corner, a tear thru the "n" in Truman and crease in the upper right hand corner .
